🌄 Held in His Hand: A Prayer for Strength When You’re Exhausted

Some verses feel like they were written just for today.
This one wrapped itself around my heart exactly when I needed it.

There are moments when I feel like I’m holding on by a thread. I smile on the outside, but inside I’m exhausted.
Have you ever been there?

But God doesn’t ask me to hold everything together.
He tells me He will uphold me.

That’s not a poetic idea—it’s a promise.

His strength fills in where mine runs dry.
His presence doesn’t waver when I do.
And when I feel like I’m barely standing, He gently reminds me:

“You’re not standing alone.”

This image—this moment on the cliff—shows that truth.
Feet on the edge. Arms open.
Surrender, not fear.
Peace, not panic.

A woman held by a strength greater than her own.

Prayer: Strength for Today

Father God,

Today, I come to You just as I am—sometimes tired, sometimes afraid, but always Yours.
Thank You for being near when life feels far too heavy.
Thank You for reminding me that I don’t have to do it all alone.

You are the One who holds me.
You are the One who lifts my chin.
You are the One who strengthens my heart.

Help me walk through this day rooted in Your truth and resting in Your promises.
When fear rises, let faith rise higher.
When I falter, uphold me with Your righteous right hand.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

This is more than a journal entry.
It’s part of my healing.
Part of my journey.

Another reminder that in the wildness of life, I am still held.

🪷 Stay rooted. Stay rising.

With love,
Natalie
